Can I pay my El Paso County issued ticket or summons online?

No, online payments are not accepted.  Payments must be either mailed to "El Paso County Treasurer, P.O. Box 2018, Colorado Springs, CO 80901-2018 or brought to our office at the Citizens Service Center, 1675 Garden of the Gods Road, Suite 2100, Colorado Springs, CO 80907.    Please do not send cash in the mail.

Can I pay my El Paso County issued ticket by credit or debit card in your office?

Yes.  A fee will be charged and retained by the third party vendor of 2.75% of the payment amount for debit and credit card transactions.

Can I pay my El Paso County issued ticket or summons with a personal check?

No, personal checks are not accepted.  Tickets may be paid by cash, Cashier's check, money order, credit card or debit card.

What if my ticket is past the 20 days?

The Treasurer's Office cannot accept payment. You will need to contact the County Court by phoning (719) 452-5500 or (719) 452-5000.

I received a ticket but I’m not sure if it’s a County ticket – Can you help me?

County tickets have a dark pink band at the bottom.  The back of the ticket indicates payment is accepted at the El Paso County Treasurer's Office.  If you are still unsure, please phone our office at (719) 520-7900.
